At Kloud 7, we believe in the power of strong partnerships and the value of your trust in our services. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Client Referral Program, designed to reward our loyal clients who refer other businesses to us.

Here’s how it works: When you refer a business to Kloud 7 and they sign up for a contract with us, you’ll have the opportunity to earn rewards as a token of our appreciation. Not only will you help other businesses discover the benefits of working with Kloud 7, but you’ll also receive a generous reward for your valuable referral.

Participating in our Client Referral Program is simple. Just follow these steps:

Spread the word: Refer businesses in your network to Kloud 7.
Success brings rewards: Once your referral signs up for a contract with Kloud 7, you become eligible for our referral rewards program. Depending on the size and scope of the contract, you can earn up to $500 in rewards.
Enjoy your rewards: As soon as the referral’s contract is finalized, we’ll express our gratitude by delivering your well-deserved rewards. You can choose between the amazon gift card or statement credit – it’s up to you!

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Referring Clients must be of legal age.

Referral Process

Referring Clients must complete and submit the designated referral form provided by Kloud 7, accurately providing all necessary information about the Referred Business.

Referring Clients are responsible for obtaining the consent of the Referred Business to share their contact information with Kloud 7 for the purpose of discussing potential business opportunities.

Kloud 7 reserves the right to accept or reject any referral, and the decision will be at Kloud 7's sole discretion.

Reward Eligibility and Redemption

Referring Clients are eligible for rewards only if the Referred Business signs a contract with Kloud 7 within a specified time period, as determined by Kloud 7.

The value of the rewards may vary based on the size and scope of the contract signed by the Referred Business.

For 1-10 lines or hosted users, Referring Clients will receive a reward of $100.

For 11-50 lines or hosted users, Referring Clients will receive a reward of $250.

For 51 lines or more, or for hosted users exceeding 50, Referring Clients will receive a reward of $500.

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except as expressly permitted by Kloud 7.

Referring Clients are responsible for obtaining the consent of the Referred Business to share their contact information with Kloud 7 for the purpose of discussing potential business opportunities.

Referring Clients will receive their rewards after the Referred Business's contract is finalized and the initial payment has been received by Kloud 7.

Kloud 7 reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or its reward structure at any time without prior notice.

Program Compliance

Referring Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when participating in the Program.

Any false or misleading information provided by Referring Clients may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Kloud 7 will handle all referral information provided by Referring Clients and Referred Businesses in accordance with its privacy policy.

Referring Clients acknowledge that Kloud 7 may contact the Referred Business using the information provided and disclose the Referring Client's identity.

Limitation of Liability

Kloud 7 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Program or the use of any rewards.

Kloud 7 shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in processing referrals or issuing rewards.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Alabama.

By participating in the Client Referral Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
